Functional User Analyst

Reports to: Director, Organiszational Services

General Accountability

The Functional User Analyst is accountable to the Director, Organizational Services and will facilitate, influence and partner with Housing and Residences business users to ensure business processes and technology meet the business needs of the department and is aligned with the University’s strategic goal for Housing and Residences. The incumbent acts as a translator with various stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of business requirements to ensure technical solutions contained in any of the department’s business information technology systems meet its business needs and overall objective for continuous improvement.

The Analyst demonstrates an in-depth understanding of and experience with Housing and Residences’ business processes and   business information technology systems.
